We are! We grow variety garlic and dry beans, all of which are available in the Farmstand Shop. We also have seasonal organic produce when available.

Who makes your jams, preserves, pickled green beans and other canned items?
We do! We are a fully licensed and registered Arizona Cottage Food Law producer. Most of our ingredients are either locally sourced or grown on the farm and organic whenever possible.

Did the Pleasant Valley War happen here?
Yes, it did! The feud between the Grahams and the Tewsburys is the longest feud in American history, beating out even the Hatfields and the McCoys. More information about the Pleasant Valley War and the history of Young and the surrounding area can be found at the museum at the Pleasant Valley Historical Society.

How long have you been here?
We have lived in Young for 13 years and opened The Farm in 2025 after having a similar business (Purple Sage Farm) at this same location in 2017. We purchased our property from the Turner family, who settled here around the turn of the century. The field where our sunflowers are planted was once an apple orchard, and just past the old house to the south of the shop the jail once stood. Bill Turner was the justice of the peace.
